UNAA Queensland is part of a bigger family. In Queensland, our associaiton includes about 46 different international nodes of operation. UNAA Q meets monthly, has guest speakers 3 monthly and actively participates in the 46 relationships almost every week. There is always something exciting going on. The Queensland President is Ms Virginai Balmain. With 3 Vice presidents, secretary, Treasurer and other special committee members, there is never a dull moment as diverse backgrounds enrich our appreciation of differences.
The lastest research undertaken is "Survey of the Perpectives, knowledge and opinions of Australia's Foreign Aid to Devleoping Countries" by TEAR, UNAA and School of Social Sciences - University of Queensland. Volunteers included TEAR, Waiters Group and World Vision Australia. Copies of the report findings and the methodology employed can be obtained by contacting Vice President Enoch Choy on email@example.com
UNAA Austalia is currently chaired by Prof John Langmore in Melbourne, with the national committee comprising members from across the country. His CV is on the linked website. http://www.unaa.org.au/
